These are our custom locomotive builders plates and number plates. A must for a fine-detailed model locomotive. They are available in high quality investment cast brass or bronze. They are completely custom to your locomotives prototype, or to your own desire for wording. They come pre-drilled for mounting. Available as a pair in 1.5″ and 2.5″ scales or to your specification. Typical cost per pair of 1.5″ diameter plates, including artwork, is $150. Note that there are limits to investment casting small scale text. If it can’t be done we can direct you to alternatives from other providers who use photo-etching and other methods.
